I always see Rahul Gandhi Putting his one hand in pocket wether he is standing or walking. I discussed this with my friend who is behavioural therapy giver. He told it is natural to behave in this fashion with the people who has underdeveloped brain. So I feel bad' and tell people not to call Rahul Gandhi a Pappu. When some person have some medical condition we should rather help the person and should give affection with such people, so that there this underdeveloped brain condition may not get worst.
